Elements Restaurant Situated in the four star Novotel Cardiff Centre hotel in Atlantic Wharf, Elements Restaurant is a stylish venue offering super-friendly service and a top modern European menu. The dining room – with exposed brick walls, cherry red, sky blue and chocolate brown leather banquettes and contemporary Rothko-esque artworks – has a cosmopolitan vibe and is popular with a vibrant local crowd. Items on the menu can be ordered in taster, starter or main course size, and we love the terriyaki chicken noodles and Thai green chicken curry as well as old favourites such as the sirloin steak served with chunky chips and a side salad.
